Welcome
The Troubadour, a 27 metre Luxe-motor built in Papendrecht near Dordrecht in 1926 as a haulier.
After many years of service she became a local celebrity as a tourist boat in Péronnes-Lez-Antoing Belgium. She became a little run down and neglected until 2005 when three guys took on the immense challenge of converting her to a long distance cruising ship.
Completely stripped inside and out, she was outfitted with new 8 litre engine, central heating, insulated, re-wired and of course a new paint job.
In 2016 we bought Troubadour as an unfinished project, needing the finishing touches like electronic navigation, kitchen, internal/external painting and decoration.
The last three summer seasons the Troubadour has now covered over 5500km
